6362 Capital Market Law

The capital market law has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 30 December 2012. The purpose of this law is to regulate and supervise capital markets to ensure the functioning and development of capital markets in a secure, transparent, efficient, stable, fair and competitive environment and to protect the rights and interests of investors.
