3194 Law on Land Development Planning and Control

The law number 3194 on land development planning and control has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 9 May 1985. This law has been passed to ensure that settlements and development therein come into being in compliance with plans, science, hygiene and environmental conditions.
