5307 LPG Market Law and Amending to Electricity Market Law

The liquefied petroleum gases (LPG) market law and amending law to electricity market law has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 13 March 2005. The purpose of the petroleum gases law is to provide regulation, guidance, surveillance and supervision activities in order to ensure the transparent,  non-discriminatory and stable performance of market activities pertaining to the delivery of liquefied petroleum gas supplied from domestic and foreign resources to consumers in a reliable, cost-effective manner within a competitive environment.
