5464 Bank cards and Credits Cards Law

The bank cards and credits cards law has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 1 March 2006. The purpose of the bank cards and credit cards law is to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the card payments systemby setting down the principles and procedures applicable to the issuance, use, clearing and settlement of bank cards and credit
cards.
