The international arbitration law has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 5 July 2001. The purpose of this law is to set forth the procedures and principles concerning international [commercial] arbitration.

International arbitration is a leading method for resolving disputes arising from international commercial agreements and other international relationships.
