5395 Child Protection Law

The juvenile protection law has been published in Turkey in the Official Gazette on 15 July 2005. The purpose of this law is to regulate the procedures and principles with regard to protecting juveniles who are in need of protection or who are pushed to crime, and ensuring their rights and well-being.
