4735 Law on public procurement Contracts

The law on public procurement contracts has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 22 January 2002. The purpose of the law on public procurements contracts is to establish the principles and procedures that pertain to making and implementing  public procurement contracts under public procurement law.
