5710 Construction and Operation of Nuclear Power Plants

The law numer 5710 concerning the construction and operation of nuclear power plants and the sale of energy generated from those plants has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 21 November 2007. The purpose of the construction and operation of nuclear power plants law is to provide, in accordance with the energy plan and policy, the procedures and principles for the construction and operation of nuclear power plants and the sale of energy generated from those plants.
