4708 Law on Construction Inspection

The law on construction inspection (building regulations) has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 13 July 2001. The purpose of this law is to provide project and construction supervision in order to ensure life and goods safety, and the construction of high quality buildings in compliance with development plan, rules of science,art and health and the standards and to regulate the principle and procedures about construction supervision.
