2863 Law on the Conservation of Cultural and Natural Property

The Law on the Conservation of Cultural and Natural Property has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 23 July 1983. The purpose of the Law on the Conservation of Cultural and Natural Property is to define movable and immovable cultural and natural property to be protected, regulate proceedings and activities, describe the establishment and duties of the organization that shall set principles and take implementation decisions in this field.
