5686 Geothermal Resources and Mineral Water

The law on geothermal resources and mineral waters has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 13 June 2007. The purpose of the law on geothermal resources and mineral waters is to set forth the rules and principles for effective searching, exploring,  developing, producing and protecting the geothermal and natural mineral water resources, for becoming the beneficiary of such resources and for turning over such rights, for making economical use in compliance with the environment and for their proper reclamation after use.
